The Noise-o-meter

As you can see from earlier posts, lately I have been working on creating things dealing with classroom management. The noise-o-meter is another one of these things. I took a few ideas that I found on pinterest (where else?) and put them together to create this:

Our school uses the number system when dealing with what voice level to use so I just expanded on that. There is a clothespin on the left side that says, "we are using our..." and you can move it to whatever voice level you want for the activity that you are doing. I like that there will be a visual reminder in front of the class as well as description for the students. If you would like to have your own noise-o-meter, you can go to my TpT store and grab it. 1. It's so cute! I put it on my wish list for when I'm ready to buy things for next year.

I used one a few years ago, I found that I just plain forgot to use it most of time so it wasn't effective. I think I'm going to try again though!
